New H-Sphere VPS 2.x version allows to choose between FreeVPS and
OpenVZ solutions for the creation of Virtual Private Servers.
However, not all resources available in H-Sphere VPS plans are supported under OpenVZ.
VPS limits that are not supported in OpenVZ will cause H-Sphere VPS user accounts to become "not initialized".
